I'm sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner after I received *** ***'s letter regarding the Water Heater problem, but right after Thanksgiving, I got a respiratory cold and was pretty sick. I don't know why I said I wanted him to take the subject out and put a new one in as I wouldn't want them to touch anything. He also stated that no one heard a noise & I know he did. It didn't happen as much as it does now and it was lower. I called the company first that made the heater to ask them what the price was, and I think they're as bad as he is. I first talked to a customer service rep., she transferred me to a supervisor, and then a manager and she said, "I'll transfer you to (forgot the name) - and it turned out to be W***'s company--they just pushed me back to his office! When I did receive the letter from him, all he said about the price was, it's "approximately." Is their files so bad that they don't even know the full price of the water heater & the furnace? Also, about two months after I last heard from him, I received a phone call from a man stating that he was connected with the same bunch and he heard that I had had a bad time and they wanted to make up for that and give me a good price on double windows for my home (I didn't mention in my letter to Revdex.com that the same group wanted to put the windows in and I all most said yes, then changed my mind because of the cost. I told him that I didn't want anything to do with the company and hung up. About two days later, I saw flyers in the tube that is under the opening of the mail box trying to sell the windows. I told our manager and she called *** *** and told him in no uncertain words that they weren't supposed to put anything in the tube without notifying her. I've started the paper work with the District Attorney of Santa Clara County stating the same problems I've had with *** ***'s company. I'll probably be stuck with the water heater until I finish paying it off, but at least I want it known what the problem is. I guess I'm just an old lady who got stuck with a company like this. But, maybe this will stop someone else getting caught in the trap.Thanks for your help. *** ***

If they really do what they say. After I contacted the person that had me sign the contract papers to pay for the water heater & furnace and told him I had contacted your company (minutes later I had the promise of the above). Don't have much faith in them

I HAVE ALREADY SENT A BREAK DOWN OF THE COST BEFOREI WILL SEND ANOTHER ONE TODAY.THE INSTALLATION WAS INSPECTED AND PASS BY THE STATE INSPECTOR. MRS*** AND IWERE PRESENT AT THE INSPECTION. THE STATE INSPECTOR FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THEEQUIPMENT OR INSTALLATION AND SIGNED OFF ON THE PERMIT AS FINAL. I ALSO PAID FOR A LOCALCOMPANY FROM SUNNYVALE TO INSPECT THE WORK BEFORE THE STATE INSPECTOR DID HIS INSPECTIONTO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO CODE AND ADDRESS MRS*** CONCERNS. THEYFOUND NOTHING WRONG THAT WOULD MAKE THE WATER PIPES MADE A NOISE. WE TRIED TO DUPLICATE THE NOISESEVERAL TIMES BUT, IT NEVER MADE THE NOISE WHILE WE WERE PRESENT.THERE MAYBE A PRE EXISTING CONDITION WITH THE PIPES THAT WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ON THE MOBILE HOME. ALL WE DID IS CHANGE THE EQUIPMENT.WE INSTALLED A NEW WATER HEATER AND FURNACE
