Review: I had 2 hvacs installed by this company. Two new areas of my home were to have vents installed as per the contract without a pre determined number because the salesman was to rely on the company's installers for correct installation. Only two vents were installed in an area that is a little over 600 square feet. That area remains at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house and the company refuses to correct the problem without my paying more. I have already paid $28,500 for the installation. A room in my home that was installed when I built is 300 square feet and it has two vents. I had another contractor, an engineer and a heating and cooling installer look at the installation and they all agree that the installer should have provided more vents. The owner of the company refuses to return my calls and seems to really not care about his customers. I have had no discussions with management even though I have left many messages.Desired Settlement: I want additional vents to the room. I even purchased a bigger unit from VistaSolar because I wanted to make sure it would be sufficient to cool the increased area.

Review: Total Cost $32,000.During installation, Solar Vista improperly wired our water heater 3 times flooding our porch (and heater closet) 3 times. We were without hot water several days . No compensation offered.The a/c unit installed upstairs quit running several times. A worker was sent each time and put a "bandaid fix" on it. The last time it broke we were told the control panel was fried because of improper wiring (by SV) which presented a fire hazard-our house is a 110 year old wooden structure. Our electric bill for that month was over $500. No compensation offered. The upstairs unit is still freezing up.There's a problem with serial numbers not matching the paperwork. Our upstairs unit is a Fridgidaire, the downstairs unit is unmarked. Mr. T[redacted] (CEO) stated they should both be unmarked but my girlfriend who also employed SV has two Trane units plainly marked. He also said one of our panels was placed incorrectly and he'd take care of it but hasn't. That was over two months ago.We were informed that our energy bills would be cut in half, but they have been consistently higher since installation. Our February 2015 bill was over $700. Compensation was offered by Mr. T[redacted] but never received.Our tax accountant stated SV's paper work was not properly filled out.Mr. T[redacted] wrote a promissory letter assuring he would pay $9600.00 if no federal refunds were received. This is the ONLY reason we decided to use their services. We are self employed and our accountant stated we would never receive the federal refund.Mr. T[redacted] refuses to honor his letter. I'll gladly email a copy of his letter and copies of several months Entergy bills proving our bills are higher if you can provide an email address. We've called Mr. T[redacted] numerous times since March-our messages are unanswered. There are several other issues, but I don't have enough characters to explain.We would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.Thank you so much for your time and attention.Desired Settlement: We'd like our $32,000 refunded and our previous units reinstalled-they were more energy efficient. Or we'd like 2 new units to replace the ones we have now along w/our $9600 refund and we'd like our energy bills cut in half as stated. We shouldn't have to settle for less. We have to borrow $22,100 by 7-1-15 to pay the finance company SV contracted or else pay their 18% interest. We've suffered both financially and emotionally due to this company's fraudulent practices.Thank you for your help.
