[redacted], We contacted Mrs. [redacted] and refunded her money today June 26, 2015. However, we stipulate on our invoices that refund of specialty items are subject to the discretion of Vista Paint. In this case the unit was used and thus cannot be resold as new and that’s why we have this policy...

Review: I used the Vista Paint [redacted] Primer and Sealer and the product was used on Saturday November 14, 2015 and November 15, 2015 I woke up and my hands were swollen and I had a severe allergic reaction to the product. I have tried to contact the business as well as have been given the run around by Vista Paint and have emailed them numerous times and called and left voicemails for them to file the claim and address the issue and to have the bathroom finished and I want them to be held liable for having to pay the contractor to finish the job *which is a bathroom" as I was talking with the Vista Pain employees and nobody said that the product can cause any type of negative reaction. Yet, I used the product and it kept a smell that was very strong for over 6 weeks and the bathroom project has not been able to get completed I have been getting the run around from Vista Paint and they refuse to acknowledge my claim even though I have the Emergency room visit and the Urgent Care visit that proves I was suffering from an allergic reaction to the chemicals in the product.

They have had someone by the name of [redacted] send threatening emails to me about calling the police on me because I am trying to resolve the claim and he has called me a liar and emotionally caused me intense stresss and this individual seems like he is a bipolar maniac and has been nothing but scary and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I want the cost of finishing the job reimbursed to me which is about $1,000.00 and I want to be compensated for the time I have spent dealing with this which is another $500.00 which includes the emotional stress of Vista Paint having [redacted] harass me and use misconduct and unprofessional behavior to try to scare me. There has been cars pulling up and stalking us and I have had to report this to the police as well due to this company's lack of trying to resolve this. Now it appears that they are having people try to come and intimidate.

Review: I purchased an airless spray gun on 5/28/15 and attempted to use it the same day. Unfortunately, I was unable to because it was not spraying properly. I returned to the store 6/3/15 and explained to the manager, [redacted], that the spray gun did not work and requested a refund. He inspected the spray gun and stated it was clean, but he needed to call the district manager. Both [redacted] and the DM, [redacted] refused to take back the spray gun even though I explained to them its not working properly. My receipt does not state that all sales are final nor does the store have any posted notices.
