My son graduated early June 2015. I just received after numerous complaints his panoramic picture of his class last week. I paid for a framed picture. The frame is cheap, it has no glass, the picture was dusty. I am glad we moved to another part of the county so we do not need to deal with them anymore. When my son's proofs were available last September I should have realized how bad they were will now I know & will never use them again!!
