Review: Company was contacted to come to our place of employment to repair printer. Technician only spent one time slot of twenty minutes to repair printer. Printer worked for only one hour and then proceeded to stop working. While there the technician billed for a full hour and was paid cash money for that hour. Prior to his presentation of the bill no minimum billing fee was explained or eluded to. Prior to leaving the technician presented a bill for a full hour of work and was paid for that amount ($90.00) in cash. (This I feel was overselling since he had not explained the minimum hourly charge prior to supposedly doing the work). Then the following day our Secretary took the copier to their office to explain th a t the technician had not actually corrected the problem, only to be told that they could not do anything more for us,and that our printer was junk. ( I feel they were just trying to get us to purchase a new more expensive printer from their office.)

Then,even though they did not perform any further work for us, they sent us a bill for $45.00 and continue to do so adding interest each time.

I feel they have been paus, actually over paid for services that they actually never completed in those twenty minutes of time. I feel they are are not honest in their business dealings. In fact when my wife called to discuss the issue, their account staff (Justin) was very unprofessional, spoke over her speaking, and responded rudely with lies and slander against me and my company.Desired Settlement: I feel that we have more than paid for the poor service that actually did not solve the problem.
