Review: On, 20 October 2015, I made a purchase through the vitaminproz.com website for a Dymatize Iso 100 whey protein for $59.58. I received one confirmation email with the order number #[redacted] but nothing after that. I have tried several times to get ahold of them via email and phone to no avail. Based on the other complaint I believe this isn't the first time and that they must do this to all of their customers. When I check the status of the order number via their website it says awaiting fulfillment however when I check the item I ordered their website says in stock. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but I want my money back immediately.Desired Settlement: I want the money refunded back to my PayPal account immediately and for the business to be inspected for legitimacy. If it is then they need to return their customers emails and phone calls. They have non-existent customer service.
Review: On 14 Oct 13, I placed an online nutritional supplement order for 1 x CytoSport: Monster Pump NOS - Sour Apple (30 Servings) and 1 x Muscle Pharm: Hybrid Series Combat Powder - Vanilla (4 Lbs.) with a total including shipping of $78.97 for VitaminProz.com. I received an e-mail on 24 Oct 13, (attached) stating my order had shipped from the store (although my online receipt stated my order shipped on 14 Oct 13?) On 17 Nov 13, I e-mailed the customer service link (e-mail attached) asking for an update to my order b/c I had not received it. On 20 Nov 13, a customer service rep e-mail (attached) stating if I did not receive my order in five days to reply to the customer service rep and a new order would be shipped.I have attempted contact with the company multiple times via e-mail and via their sites messaging service (attached) and via telephone; however, I have not receive one reply e-mail regarding my complaint. I even informed the company I would contact the [redacted] and chamber of commerce if I did not receive a timely reply...still no reply.I'm active duty military stationed overseas, chose the company b/c of their "expertise" in international shipping. I'm returning stateside soon and have no time to wait for another shipment. All I want at this point is my $78.97 refunded to my debit card.-[redacted]: Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.Respectfully, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I request my money refunded as I have not received the products I ordered. Furthermore, I have received several care packages since my initial order and since the date of this complaint...all arrived safe, undamaged, and without delay...furthering my suspicion my order was never properly processed.In short: Refund $78.97 to my debit card (card used to make the purchase)
