Great Beginnings has been our school of choice for both of our kids Our son spent two fabulous years being neutered by *** and her wonderful staff My daughter loves attending ever day and fills our home with the wonderful adventures she has experienced that dayWe were made feel like family when we first attended My first encounter with *** was exceptional, she alleviated my concerns and accommodated my needs immediately I am forever grateful for the wonderful friends we have met here and the wonderful experiences both my kids enjoyed We will miss leaving there next year once our little girl graduates This is defiantly the school of choice in Danvers and I highly recommend it Thank you *** and all the fabulous ladies at Great Beginnings

Review: We placed an online order on 1/**/14 for 16 items of baby clothing from Vitamins Baby Stores for a total of $135.00. (Order # [redacted].) We received a shipment on 1/**.

As we had not heard or seen anything else from this firm about this order, we thought they had completed the order. It was not until some days later, when we did check about it, we found that this firm only shipped 14 items to us. There were 2 items missing and they had said nothing about it! There was no refund for the missing items, either. No words from this firm, and no actions about it at all.

As we still had not received the missing items, we started to contact this firm by phone. The first time we called, we found that their customer service only works till 5 pm EST. But we are in the PST time zone. Their Customer Service people already left for the day when we called. If we wanted to reach someone in their Customer Service Department, we had to call them early in the day during our working hours.

So we decided to contact this firm by email through their website. However, many days had passed, we still heard nothing by phone or by email from this firm after we sent our email to them about the problem with this order. So we called again on 2/**, before their 5 pm EST closing time, of course. But we could only reach a voice mail box with a greeting saying something like "This is [redacted] at extension [redacted]. I am either on the phone or away from my desk. Please leave a message or dial 0 for the operator. ..." I tried a number of times, but she was always "on the phone or away from my desk." What a nice Customer Service Department that Vitamins Baby has!

So I dialed 0 for the operator instead, as her voice mail greetings suggested. However, dialing 0, I got a voice mail saying something like "This is Celebrity International. No one is available to answer your call. Please leave a message. ..." I tried several times to dial 0 for the operator, but the result was the same: I would hear the voice mail of someone who seemed to be working for Celebrity International, not Vitamins Baby.

It has been almost a month since we ordered the 16 items from Vitamins Baby. The 2 items are still missing. We still have not heard from this firm by phone, by email or by postal mail. They have neither voluntarily told us what happened, what is going on, or what action will be taken. Nor have they responded to our phone calls and emails. Not surprisingly, they have not refunded the amount that we paid for the 2 missing items, either.

As we are not able to get any response after making so many attempts to contact this firm, I am filing this complaint with you.Desired Settlement: 1. Ship the 2 missing items or refund the money that we paid for these 2 items.

2. Explanation why there had been no words from them about missing 2 items before we notify them.

3. Explanation why there had been no response to our phone calls and emails until we get in touch with Revdex.com.

4. Explanation why it was so difficult to reach a live person in customer service by phone.

5. Explanation why dialing 0 as suggested by the customer service voice mail would reach another company.
