Hello,This is a surprising complaint The reasons for my surprise are as follows:This tenant was given a 15% decrease in the contracted lease amount for five months, at the this tenants request(This action surrenders the tenants deposit.)The amount of this tenants deposit was $320.00, not the mentioned amount of $375.00.This tenant currently owes $in plumbing costs(This amount is subtracted from the deposit.)This tenant currently owes $in locksmith services(This amount is subtracted from the deposit.)This tenant currently owes over $1,in late fees(This amount is subtracted from the deposit.)This tenant has all owners and managers phone numbers and email addresses They have not attempted to contact us by phone.This tenant was notified by mail of their late fees and informed that their deposit would not be released This tenant did not respond to the letter I request the removal this complaint Thank you

(This amount is subtracted from the deposit.)This tenant currently owes $200.00 in locksmith services. (This amount is subtracted from the deposit.)This tenant currently owes over $1,000.00 in late fees.
