Review: Sales person [redacted] sold me a dinette set and 2 of the 6 chairs were defective. On that same day I took the 2 chairs back. First he tried to give two chairs off the display floor which didn’t match the other 4. He then told me to keep them since it was close to the holiday (Thanksgiving) and he would call me when the new chairs come in because he needed to order them. I never received a call nor did anyone leave me a message. Two weeks in I had to initiate a follow-up call about the ordered chairs. [redacted] claimed he tried to call me to bring the chairs to the store for repair. I asked why repaired when that’s not what [redacted] said when I took the chairs back on the same day of purchase. I told him I would prefer he stick to the replacement agreement, have the 2 chairs replaced as agreed, not repaired. He told me the warehouse only sent him the BACK PART the defected damaged chairs and he is NOT going to replace the 2 chairs but repair the backs of the chairs(ONLY). I explained to him the chairs has not been used, is still wrapped in its original plastic, and I would like for him to stick to the agreement. I also stated, being that the chairs were defective/damaged on the day of purchase there could possibly be other internal damages that aren’t visual. [redacted]’s attitude toward me and the situation with the 2 chairs became condescending, rude, unreasonable, and refuse to stick to the original agreement of replacement. I have since left message for the owner [redacted] to call me. I have not heard from Vivian’s Furniture or the owner [redacted] yet and it has been over a month nowDesired Settlement: Have the two chairs replaced as agreed on the day of purchase
