We purchased the license for the software but while login in it gives an error as Invalid License.We are a portable X-ray company and uses a software which is provided by Viztek LLC to transfer the Digital X-Ray images from the X-Ray processor to a PC and then to Radiologist website. We have already bought the license for the software from Viztek LLC but when we try to login to the software on PC it give an error message as Invalid License and doesn't allow us to login. So, when we call the Tech support at Viztel LLC to unlock it, they says there will be charges to unlock the software ($250 per hour).Ideally that error shouldn't come because we have already purchase the license for the software and It should login with no problems. The license for the product must be rebuilt. The Customer bought our Product and Support through a Dealer. The Dealer allowed the support to expire. Viztek contacted the Dealer for support renewal after the customer called. The Dealer sent in a P.O. then Customer Support rebuilt the license.
