advise,that,at no time did I ever mention any refusal to not finish or refund any moneys owed to Mr. [redacted]- lease read m note on bottom of 2nd. Pa e where I and in cod faith am willing to resolve this issue in the best and legal possible way.
In retrospect; I feel that I have performed 45% of the original signed contract of $11,500.00 that is $5175.00 to my favor.
Next: Mr. [redacted] requested additional extras for the agreed amount of $1,850.00 ; on this, we have performed 50 % ,and that is $925.00 to my favor
Next: It exists a list of miscellaneous extras executed and directed by Mr. [redacted],(But, the employees time was paid by me; please observe the itemized list on the same letter), it amounts to $1,600.00 in my favor
