VM Clothiers

Review: I purchased a 4 tailored shirt special and was explained that the delivery should take 4-6 weeks. 3 of the shirts were to be used for my wedding on October 12, 2013. I was contacted by [redacted], the representative that helped me with the order, on August 27, 2013 that the shirts were ready for pickup. When I met him the next day to pick them up, he explained only my shirt was ready. After that interaction, the communication to/from [redacted] was very inconsistent. When I did get into contact, he had no idea on the location or status of the other shirts.On September 23, I talked with [redacted] about that status of the shirts and he replied via email that he would have the information by Thursday of that week. I eventually had to get my wedding planner, [redacted], involved and she was able to actually talk with [redacted]. From that conversation, we discovered that one of the remaining three shirts was at the shipping facility waiting to be sent out. The other two remaining shirts did not have an estimated time of arrival. [redacted] said that he would try his best to get them to me by October 11, 2013.After learning of this information, I decided to have the shirt being shipped out returned and not accept the two remaining shirts.Services they stated that they would perform:Measurements for myself and two groomsmenFour shirt package included:Three tailored tux style shirts with monogramOne tailored shirtDelivery within 4-6 weeksDesired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of the charge in the amount of $269.35 placed on July 29, 2013 with VM Clothiers. The reason I am requesting is that VM Clothiers did not fulfill their obligation with my order.
