Hi,
I really admire her persistence and determination, but I believe there is a legitimate dispute - in our first conversation the letter she faxed over she admitted that this disputed charge "might have been for electrodes" - I believe...

it was because it was such an unusual amount - the amount that it would have been for if it was electrodes. To alleviate this dispute I will give her credit on any purchase she makes with my company.
