Review: I operate a charity called "Above the Clouds" and we provide airplane rides to seriously ill and underprivileged children. In researching flight jackets for the children, we ordered a flight jacket from VPCAM. We weren't satisfied with the quality and we sent it back (with the Return "code" that we suggested we provide). This was in MARCH! Despite many, many emails from me, VPCAM has not refunded the money for the jacket.Desired Settlement: The amount for the jacket was $46.05. I would also like to be refunded for shipping $3.

Review: I ordered a pair of pants from this company a while ago and they have not received them. I have emailed them several times and the only response I get it an automatically generated response saying "Thank you for contacting us and we will be contacting you shortly" I have never gotten a response from them and I have tried calling them but the phone number is out of order.Desired Settlement: I would like the product or a refund. Either one is ok
