New construction. Three car garage with art studio space above. WA construction notified about plumbing issue. This has been addressed four times. Each time plumbing continued to leak as in recent rain. Continued damage to garage ceiling. Mushrooms are growing out of plumbing area. Upstairs 10 by 10 foot deck still does not drain effectively. Standing water has moved into both walls bordering outside deck area. This has caused mold to form in the walls. Mushrooms have grown out of the baseboard inside the living area. I believe this to be a health issue.The stairs going up to the studio have melted so to speak. I have at my own expense glued and screwed 2" by 12"s steps over the effected areas. However, the landing has dry rotted and needs to be replaced. I would prefer this be made right by WA Construction.
