Review: $36,600 for an inground pool, the company initially placed the heater, and filter elements on a 2ft11 inch by 6ft cement pad on top of our landscape rocks making the pad 4 inches higher than the grade of the ground making it impossible to level with concrete. Also, when we complained that the heater was hanging 2 inches off of the pad and was unstable, they incorrectly replaced it with sidewalk cement squares over sand making the area even less secure and more unstable. Also the sidewalk pads will shift over time, adding the pitential for damage to our equipment.Desired Settlement: Would like appropriate cement pad placed, to hold equipment securely without risk of shifting or damage.
