Review: I called West Coast Raingutters to set up an installation appointment, I spoke with [redacted]. He said he would contact me to schedule an appointment. Two weeks and I had not received a call from [redacted]. I called [redacted] to inquire about an installation date. During this call he gave me a service date, which would be in two weeks. He also had mentioned that he and his son would provide the installation service at my home. There was light downpour the morning of the installation, the company extended my installation to later in the afternoon. [redacted], the foreman, informed me that due to the delay only half of the gutters will be installed. The same foremen installed my gutters while I was at work. [redacted] also informed me that the other employees were trainees. Upon arrival, [redacted] gave me a quick run through of their work on the gutters and then proceeded to take my payment. They seemed to leave very abruptly, so that I was unable to inspect their work with them present. After, I proceeded to check the quality of the job; I was not satisfied with their work. The edges of my shingles were pushed up creating an eyesore and possible roof problem in the near future because of the projected El Niño. The next day I contacted [redacted], explaining the issue. I received a call back from [redacted]. He would send his team to fix the problem asap. A week later and had still not heard from [redacted], nor had he inspected the rain gutters. I called him again however, he did not remember me or recall talking the day after my installation. He said he was busy and would pencil me in the following week. However, the appointment came and went. I called again the following day and left a message. [redacted] called back in what I considered a very passive-aggressive manner, telling me that my roof might not be up to code. He said that he was very busy and would get to it when he could. He then expressed to me that he had been in the gutter business since 1979, and then he abruptly hung up.Desired Settlement: The customer service that I experienced was very poor, and they have yet to resolve or remedy any of the issues that they created with my roof. I bought this home in July and passed all inspections. I called the roofing company, that installed the roof on this specific house and was not happy with the work WestCoast Raingutters have done.

I would like the gutters to be checked by the owner, [redacted] and for himself to remedy the situation that was caused by his foremen.
