[redacted] is great! His knowledge and experience in this industry are invaluable. I bid out a new HVAC system for my house. I asked for a natural gas furnace with variable speed motor, 2 stage heat, 100,000 BTUH input 80% AFUE and a minimum 13 SEER AC. I received 5 bids $11,000, $8,000, $7,400, $6000, and $5350. [redacted] was the low bid with a high end [redacted] furnace and 14 SEER AC with a Scroll Compressor (scroll compressors have less parts have very high reliability and require less energy, I researched it.). I also had a fresh air supply and increased the return duct size. [redacted] was also the lowest bid on this at $350 while the second lowest bid was around $800. I read a lot of different manufacturer and equipment reviews one statement kept coming through I biggest factor in purchasing a new HVAC system was the knowledge and quality of the installer. I am an engineer and it was clear to me when [redacted] was installing the system he knew what he was doing. He is kind of quiet, a bit serious looking and kind hearted. He should be first on your list to call for an estimate or to fix a problem.
