[redacted] sells discount vouchers for local businesses in the [redacted] NY area. Having participated in many of their local offers, I had found that five of the merchants would not honor the conditions of their coupon voucher. I had emailed customer service at each time an issue occurred and requested a refund or credit on each. I had not heard back for sometime regarding the refund so I recently contacted them. I learned from [redacted] representative, [redacted], that only one of the vouchers was credited back. I inquired about the other 4 merchant vouchers and her email response stated that the manager of [redacted] "will not issue a refund or credit for your unused vouchers." Essentially, I paid money for worthless emailed vouchers sold through WKBW that had no guarantee as to whether they would be honored or not.
