W Magazine sent out mailings advising if a person signed up for their magazine at a discounted price, they would send a gift of a purse and scarf. I was interested in the new magazine and of course the gift as well. I paid in July 2015 and rec'd absolutely nothing. I've called three (3) times and the customer service reps continue to use the excuse of "product is backordered" without providing detail as to when the product will be shipped. I think they put this promotion out there without any intent to fulfill to the customers who were suckered into this deal. When I speak with a customer service rep, they are forced to give misleading info --probably due to guidelines by management - and all they can say is "the product is backordered".
