[redacted] , We received a complaint from a customer regarding a disputed tab that was not handled correctly by our staff in our taproomAs a resolution, we reached out to our Credit Card processing company and reversed the total charges on the credit card of the customer, and reached out to the customer to explain we had reversed the charges, and more importantly, to apologize for the mistake made by our staff and to ensure we were providing training to all of our staff so this type of dispute never occurs againWe have not received a response from the customerCheers, Justine [redacted] Marketing & Operations Wabasha Brewing Company ###-###-####
