Review: WABC EXCLUSIVE 50% DISCOUNT FULL ISLAND CRUISE on Circle LIne Sightseeing at 42nd Street was advertised on May *, 2013 for a discounted price with a valid through date of 12/**/2013. I purchased 4 tickets received a confirmation number, spoke with a clerk who confirmed receipt of payment and that the valid through dates were valid . Only to find out when I went to use the tickets on August **, 2013 that they had expired on May [redacted] 2013 with no exchange no refund. After contacting Circle LIne Sightseeing and getting the same response sorry no refund,, contacting WABC and getting no response. I have been trying to settle this matter since August **,2013 and getting no where.Desired Settlement: I would like to take the cruise before the summer season is over.
