Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with the customer service department several times I am given the same corporate mantra statement each time It is a disagreement over $1,payment for my hearing aids I paid this amount off in full plus $ Wage Wage has been paid all funds that were spent out on the Wage Works card for and they kept the additional $and froze the card Additionally, my $in health spending funds for was immediately confiscated and is denied to me These are my funds, not theirs I was told in advanced of buying my hearing aids that hearing aids were an acceptable item on the Wage Works card I submitted the receipt twice My money has been confiscated for years
Its my money and I want it back.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
As a customer, I made a payment of $1,and this should not have been accepted by WageWorks as they were no longer the benefits administrator for our COBRA I was informed by the WageWorks Customer Service Representative that the EFT would not be accepted and it would be rejected That didn't happen They actually took my money without providing a service Then they told me that they could not refund the money immediately, that would take at least six weeks It ended up taking over two months That is unacceptable Not many people can live without dollars and there should be a mechanism in place to place refunds to a customer that doesn't take two months
Sincerely,*** ***

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This business has responded by telling me that complaining to the Revdex.com is the wrong thing to do and that I should have called them
I already had called them - of courseThey knew they should send my dentist $of my flexible spending account money that I gave them through payroll deduction, I told them toInstead, they applied it towards a completely separate $Durable Medical Equipment purchase that I made out-of-pocket and should be reimbursed for directlyI never saw any moneyMy dentist did not get paidThey couldn't fix it even though I spent hours on the phone with themSo I complained to the Revdex.comNow I have spent another hours on the phone with them and they have the $applied to BOTH the dentist and the out-of-pocket equipment purchase
I have a proposalPay me my $50.00/hour that I earn on my job for the hours that I have wasted and fix the mix upFair enough?

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 15, 2015/12/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have now spent hours total trying to get the customer service reps to understand that they have caused an accounting error, a double entryThey applied my dental bill to my durable medical equipment purchase leaving an erroneous balance due on it and an unpaid dental bill until I complained for days and then they applied it to both transactionsThey have been sending notices to me all along that I have emailed back to them that state that because I have not supplied them with a receipt for this erroneous amount that they have suspended my account, will keep taking money out of my paycheck, will not let me have access to my money and that they are turning me in to the IRSI spent hours of my time and while my card was finally taken off suspension they have caused new errors in doing it that will eventually cause them to re-suspend itThis us the worst customer service that I have ever encounteredI have spoken to members of their escalation team and they have all argued with me saying that I owe them this receiptApparently a lot of people they talk to don't understand that receipts need to be sent to them as proof and they kept lumping in with that groupI just don't want to give up so much of my personal free time to work with them, and it isn't fair that I try to get my employer to act as a go-between keeping all of their mistakes straightMy understanding is that this Customer Service group is a 3rd party company in Phoenix, AZHire somebody else, PLEASE!!! If it costs more fineIt will cost lessThe Wageworks corporate office in California refuses to take any responsibility for any of these problemsThe operator there only answers the phone 1% of the time, transfers customers to customer service regardless of what she is told and voice mails left there go 100% unanswered

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and there is no resolution at this pointWage works CSR stated clearly that I had lost the money and would not be able to receive it backThe supervisor, ***, stated the sameWhy did none of them were capable of giving me a proper response , explanation and instructionsI also contacted my former employer, they will refund the money in six monthsAt the point of my call they had not received anything about me from wage works (& 1/has passed)Why is it taking so long? A resolution exists when I am refunded the money for services I paid for but did not useUnacceptable the time it is taking to refund dólaresUnacceptable how wage works employee handled my case
Sincerely, *** ***
