We were able to get our A/C repaired under 24 hrs. Best part was the tech had the replacement part in his truck and did not have to order it. A small electrical box needed to be replaced and was done in 20 mins. Fantastic service would highly recommend.

I contacted Ms. [redacted].  She was complaining about the [redacted] rebates that were suppose to be done for her.  The complaint has been resolved.  It was just a misunderstanding.

Review: We had an air conditioning unit installed on 8-5-14. The units work just fine. We were due a rebate through [redacted] of $240. For each of the two units we purchased. We received a letter from [redacted] stating that they were not going to pay our rebate because the installation company did not turn in the paperwork that was due within 6 months after the installation. [redacted] stated the forms were turned in finally on 3-31-15, it was due by 2-5-15. I called [redacted] rebate department and they were very helpful and explained the process. I have called [redacted] leaving messages for the owner [redacted] and he has never returned my call. I called [redacted] again to check to see if they would pay my rebate. I spoke to [redacted] and he stated [redacted] would pay it and I should receive the check within about 10 days. The customer service with [redacted] Air Conditioning is very poor. [redacted] could have at the very least called me back and researched why this required form sat on someone's desk and was not processed timely. I had some difficulty initially on getting calls returned from this owner. The behavior did not change.Desired Settlement: An explanation of why this form was not processed correctly, if the owner even knows.?

As a single woman, I'm always skeptical of any kind of service my home or car requires. I'm always worried I'm going to get ripped off. Not so with this company. The service repair person ([redacted]) was honest and upfront. He showed up on time, was very polite, went right to work and I was shocked at the low cost of repair. Maybe it wasn't that the repair was low cost, it could be that I was finally treated right and the company is just downright honest. Will gladly recommend this company.
