*** in is team are professional, highly competent & just really nice individualsWe had the misfortune of having our main water line burst Christmas Morning We called several other places prior to calling Waite, one place said they couldn't even come and assess our situation for weeks! Another never returned call, and 3rd came out and said that we would have to have close to 4'worth of work doneI called Waite and *** returned my call within minutes and had an appointment scheduled same day Within mins of being here two gentlemen named Mat had a game plan that made a lot of sense and a quote for me that was 2'000+ less than the previous place and it didn't require jack hammering my driveway/garage These gentlemen were super professional and polite! My garage was a gross hot mess upon arrival, I would have not blamed them if they had asked us to clean it up and then they could come back, but they waded through the mess and assessed the situation They put in a temporary line for us, something that was not even mentioned as a possibility from the other places As a Mom of two young children, one of which was suffering from croup (and vomiting) at the time I was so grateful to have running water sooner versus later! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs, they have a customer for life in me now If I could rate them stars I would!
