Complaint[redacted] asked for payment in advance to purchase equipment and then never completed the work. I have proof of payment and invoice marked paid.[redacted] was paid for the installation of a new HVAC unit for the 3rd floor of my home. He placed the unit in my 3rd floor attic, but never completed the installation. I have cancelled checks and the paid invoice. I have waite two years for him to install the equipment. I am now having the unit installed by a different company at the cost of $5100.00Desired SettlementI am requesting a refund of the original invoice, as the current company is not able to use what was placed in the attic by [redacted].
