I have been driving the vehicle and it appears to be operating fine. I have not noticed any smoke, and for the most part, the oil smell that lingered is gone. My problem with this dealership and this repair is that when I took my vehicle into this shop my air conditioner was working. When I retrieved it from the shop, it was not working. The shop claims it has a leak in the condenser which they did not do. I think they took things apart, and somehow damaged that part. I have never had a problem with the air conditioner, and in fact I used it before taking the vehicle into the shop. I did not check the air conditioner after the repairs until days after the initial BBB complaint. I am so disappointed in the work performed by Waldorf [redacted] , and the fact that they damaged my vehicle and claim they did not. I refuse to accept their response as valid. Regards, [redacted]

to purchase a car As an added feature the included a game called monte carlo The purpose of the game was to assure every customer that they would receive a gift for visiting the dealership and playing the game If all of your numbers or symbols matched you were a guaranteed winner(Page1) You would then bring your confirmation code into the dealership to see what your prize was The directions were clearly listed on page *** *** provided insurance on the main prize through American Hole in one It is not unusual for a mail company to use American Hole in one to cover the insurance on a prize Mr*** did not read theh disclaimer or the rules of the game, which I am sending over to you Mr*** felt he should get $for his ticket with the confirmation code matching a $*** gift card Once again we apologize for any incovenience and we will be clear with future marketing plans.Floyd A***General ManagerWaldor Chevrolet Cadillac

I am rejecting this response because: I told them I want a diagnostic test for $All they had to do was give the battery a charge or replace the battery so they could read the check engine lightThey did so (replace the battery )but failed to read the codes on the check engine light when they got it goingThey then suggested to fix the fuel systemAgain I asked them why when I wanted a diagnostic, they said it had to be done so they can drive the carI said to do the repair ONLY if they would make my car driveableThey assurred me it wouldThey fixed thatThey called me back can said I had a coolant leakI said is it driveable and they said yes but I was leaking fluidI told them to fix that. After having the car for a week, they call me on a Friday and said the car is ready for pick upThe next week on like a Tuesday or Wednesday they tell me I need a $engine replacementI have talked to many mechanics and even I know that once the battery was charged, the check engine light willl tell u off the bat what problem from the beginning to minimize risk for me and themThey ASSURED me the car would be drivable after spending or so of repairs that I cant drive withThey wasted my time and moneyTotally negligent. If they told me that could not guaranteed drivablity as they claimed (which is a lie)after suggesting a fuel system I would have had my car taken to another mechanicThat is way to much money to spend on a maybeI went from antipating making choices for a $to giving them $for nothingThe car is sitting idle
