It took them days to complete this minor repair, due to, as they claim it, "old part number in our system that prompted us to order a different part"Because of this the new parts were a hundred more expensive than they quoted, took several days to arrive, and I had to pay several hundreds more for extra days car rental
I believe that a good business should stick to their quote, and not pass their "part numbering errors" errors on the customersAt least this is the first body shop place that did this to me out of several I tired in the past
