Walk in Fix has nothing to do with the applications on the deviceWe only fix and repair visible damages. The customer is never asked to pay until service is complete and they
satisfied. When *** *** came back the 1st time we checked his ***, everything was fine, he leftThen when he came back on 3/8/he asked for a refund, we said we will give a refund however we don't keep the broken screens. I told him I do not have a broken screen I can put back into his *** if the money refunded. I told him this before I refunded him his money. *** said " I want my money" I was going the take my screen off his *** because I agreed to give him his money back. When I was taking my new screen of his *** my new screen cracked, So I gave him the cracked screen(the way he originally brought it to my business).I then refunded him $in cash then he did not ask me to attach the screen to the *** . He attacked me by grabbing me my collar of my jacket and then one of the witnesses called the police because he was grabbing and yelling at meAs a result *** *** is NOT allowed on the mall property for years.
AN HIS DESIRED SETTLEMENT :
*** does not fix ***s *** will charge same amount of money for another refurbished *** . His screen was cracked, either way *** will charge the same amount of money if the screen was attached and cracked Vsthe screen being detached and cracked on the ***.
IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME MINUTES TO ATTACH THE SCREEN ( free of charge for him)TO THE *** IF HE JUST ASKED, BUT HE BEGAN TO ATTACK ME

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The statement the business gave is false.I ask him to at least put my I pad back together. My [redacted] work before I took it to him and now I can't even use it. The police officer told me they can not make him put the I pad back together and all I can do is file a complaint with the Revdex.com or take him to small claim court.[redacted] wouldn't even touch because they said it have been tampered with and they don't know what kind of damages the I pad may of have.I want this business to pay for another [redacted], since they have damage it.

Review: My son paid Walk In Fix $115 to replace his cracked phone. Three weeks later, the screen started streaking and coming apart from the phone. He took it back to them because they have a sign guaranteeing their work (I have pictures). He was told the guarantee is only good for two weeks, but for an additional $60 they could fix it. I have tried several times to speak with the owner (and mall management) but I keep getting told that the owner is "out of the country" and that there is nothing that can done at this time. Meanwhile, I am paying a cell phone bill for a phone my son can't use.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would not trust them to repair the damage they have done. I am requesting a full refund and for them to pick up any excess charge to have the phone repaired.

Review: I took my [redacted] into this bussiness, because I had a crack screen and he said he can replace the crack screen. My [redacted] had no issue other then a crack screen before I took it to the men. Once the job was done and I got home to use my [redacted] the application that I tried to view would jump back and forth to the home page, inwhich I never had a issue like this with my [redacted]. I went back to the bussiness and showed the guy, and he said he will fix it. I pick up my [redacted] and took it home once again and it did the same thing. I went back the next day for a refund and he took my [redacted] and said "he will put a broke screen back on it and give me a refund." He started taking his screen of the [redacted] and it crack. So he remove the crack screen completely off the [redacted] and handed me back the crack screen in one hand and my [redacted] base in the other. I ask him to at lease put it back together so no futher damage will happen to the [redacted] and he refused. My [redacted] was working fine before I took it to him and know it doesnt work at all and ther is no screen on the [redacted].Desired Settlement: I have a appointment with the apple store tomorrow, which would be 3/10/15, to get the [redacted] repaired. I would like for the business to cover any damage that was cause to the [redacted] because of his negligent.If the [redacted] can not be fix because of negligent on the bussiness behalf I would like for them to replace the [redacted].

Review: Walk in Fix repaired my phone, a few days later the glue under the screen started separating from the glass. Once that happen I took the phone back in, they tells me I have to see the owner. I then ask them how can he be reach, it was told he will be end around 1 O'clock that Saturday. That was a know show, I then gave them my number so I can be reached . That never happen, MY phone is getting worst.
