Just a few minutes ago the customer was in my office and I showed her the tape of that day...

and she apologized for what ever the friend Ms. [redacted] told my cashiers and also me on the phone this morning. You see first of all Ms. Emily Maduero was not the customer She was with the customer who paid and told the cashier $10.00 on pump 1 but in fact she was at pump #2 then the customer and Ms. [redacted] werit to pump #2 to pump the $10.00 gas at this time another customer drives up to pump #1 and start using pump 1 and put the $10.00 gas that was belong to customer who gave us the wrong pump number then Ms. [redacted] who was with actual customer who paid the cashier and told her pump #1 Comes inside and start calling her names and the cashier explained to her the tha lady who paid told her pump #1 but Ms. [redacted] did not want to hear the cashier all she was doing calling the cashier names and a lot profanity then the cashier goes outside trying to collect the $10.00 from the customer at pump 1 but Ms. [redacted] went outside and told that customer not to pay because its the cashiers fault and she should be punished by paying out of her pocket at this time the customer who got the $10.00 gas on pump #1 left and Ms. [redacted] came back inside the store and gave more profanity to both cashiers at all of this time the customer (Ms. [redacted]s friend) who paid the cashier and told her the wrong number does not get involved, only Ms. [redacted] tells all kind of ugly raciest remark to the cashier and the cashier gives the owners phone number and name to the customer and at this time they both leave, after 15 minutes the mother of Ms. [redacted] or the mother of the customer calls the station and and tell the cashier more raciest words and she also told her she is calling the immigration to deport her back where she comes from and my cashier just hangs up the phone. I spent over an hour over this yesterday and today I looked and save the tape that clearly the paying customer tells the cashier pump #1 and today. [redacted] again not the customer calls me and I explained to her about the tape that the paying customer told the cashier pump #1 and she called me a liar and I told her my conversation about this matter would be only with actual customer who paid not her. Just about half an hour ago the actual customer came here in my office showed her the tape with her voice that told the cashier pump #1 and she heard it and then she apologized to me and thank me for showing the tape and she left. I have the tape saved and at anytime that you would like I could show it to you to see how my cashiers nice and professionally treated both Ms. [redacted] and the actual customer also you would see how in return Ms. [redacted] treated my cashiers.

Review: ON SUNDAY, 2/15/15 MY FRIEND AND I WENT TO THIS PARTICULAR CHEVRON GAS STATION AND PAID FOR GAS THAT WE DID NOT RECEIVE. [redacted] WHO IS MY FRIEND PAID $10 WITH HER DEBIT CARD FOR MY VEHICLE. AT THE REGISTER THERE WERE TWO FEMALE WORKERS WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER. [redacted] WHO IS RIGHT BESIDE ME TELLS ONE OF THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES "$10 ON PUMP NUMBER 1" I THEN SAY "NO, PUMP NUMBER 2" WHICH WAS THE CORRECT PUMP WHERE MY CAR WAS PARKED [redacted] WAS SIMPLY MISTAKEN. WHEN I TRY TO PUT THE GAS IN AT PUMP NUMBER 2 IT DOES NOT WORK. I THEN GO BACK INSIDE AND TELL THE EMPLOYEES IT ISN'T WORKING...THEY SAY THEY DON'T REMEMBER ME, AFTER I HAD JUST BEEN INSIDE IN PLAIN VIEW TO THEM JUST A MINUTE BEFORE THIS. BY THIS TIME ANOTHER VEHICLE HAD PUMPED GAS AT PUMP NUMBER 1. AFTER EXPLAINING TO THE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND TURNED ON THE WRONG GAS PUMP THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND THE VALUE OF GAS PAID FOR WAS NEVER GIVEN TO US OR THE MONEY BACK. THESE EMPLOYEES WERE CARELESS, RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPOLOGETIC FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. ALL THEY TELL ME IS TO CONTACT THE OWNER ON A LATER DATE WHEN HE WILL BE IN. WHEN I CONTACT HIM ON TUESDAY 2/17/15 HE HAS THE SAME ATTITUDE AS THE OTHER EMPLOYEES I DEALT WITH AND ACCUSES ME OF KNOWING THE PEOPLE IN THE OTHER VEHICLE WHO PUT GAS FROM PUMP 1. HE THEN RAISED HIS VOICE AND HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TRIED CALLING BACK HE HUNG UP A SECOND TIME. I FEEL ROBBED AND HELPLESS. WE JUST WANT WHAT WE PAID FOR OR OUR MONEY BACK. PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: MY $10 OF GAS REFUNDED OR $10 CASH AND AN ADDITIONAL $10 OF GAS FOR THE TROUBLE AND INCONVENIENCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
