Leasing a house from Walker Realty has caused me hardship, inconvenience, and stress. I had numerous electrical problems with the residence, culminating in an incident when arcing in an electrical outlet forced me to call the [redacted]. Despite the instructions from the [redacted] and my requests, the landlord refused to take action and inspect the house, claiming that there was no problem.The landlord was eventually forced to inspect by order of the [redacted]. By this time, I had already quit the premises and have had legal issues with Mr. W[redacted] ever since.
