bill stating they have days from the day of purchase to bring the vehicle in to have any mvi related work taken care of at our expenseThe vehicle was dropped off on a*** nearly two months after the date of purchase
I do agree that no charge should be put on the customer to have the issue assessed, our service department is a different entity from the sales department and it is the customers responsibilityIf his vehicle is still here he is more then welcome to come pick the vehicle up and not pay the *** to do soIf the vehicle has already been picked up and *** was paid please come back in and see *** and I will ensure a check will be cut to the customer if proof of this payment is produced

How do I add pictures of my diagnostics test? I know for a fact that it is not possible to break monitor sensors and have power train codes appear in days and hoursI have lots of pictures of the condition of the car from start to finishWhen the car was dropped of to me it looked good and when I dropped it off at the dealership it looked just as good***

I said the same things and had the same proof when it first happened
Lawsuits cost time and money and I don't have very much of either to wasteEspecially after getting a car fixed days after I bought it

[redacted] when you purchase a vehicle you sign off on legal agreements stating if you do not make your payments on time the lending company they will repossess the vehicle.
As for the deposit on the vehicle as any other dealership in the world it is non refundable, especially after the client has driven the vehicle for 4 to 5 months and then lost the vehicle due to non payment.
If [redacted] had made all of her payments to the insurance company for [redacted] she then is responsible to call them and set up the claim, not the originating dealership. All of this information was provided to [redacted] at the time of signing. If for any reason she defaulted on those payments to [redacted] It would null and void her policy.
Simply Automotive will not be returning the [redacted] deposit. [redacted] can contact [redacted] to further her request to have this moved off of her credit as it not in our control to do so. She also can contact [redacted] to request more information on setting up a claim with F[redacted] providing at the time of the repossession she was current with [redacted]

They are correct in saying that payout to [redacted] has been made but it took 10 weeks from the time I traded in our vehicle and purchased my new vehicle for the payout to be settled with [redacted] and not once did Simply Automotive contact me or [redacted] to communicate what the hold up was with the payout. I was told for two straight weeks that the ownership papers were in the mail but finally received them today. I made several trips to [redacted] over this issue as well as three to have my car detailed and because the gas tank was empty when purchased I feel they owe me a tank of gas or money for a tank of gas. When [redacted] called me about the complaint to Revdex.com I forgot to mention the gas issue because he was talking so much.
