Review: We boarded our dog with these people for only 2 days. When we picked him up he had feces and urine in his fur and smelled like a mix between a sewer and a dirty toilet. In addition, his upper lip was rubbed raw and he had a bad scrape on his nose. My wife and I are outraged at this given we trusted these people to take care of our dog as if he were a part of our family....and they were neglectful. Unfortunately, no one from the business seemed to care or want to make things right, and that is why I felt the need to go to the Revdex.com with my concern. DO NOT send your dog to this place.Desired Settlement: I don't believe we should have to pay for such incompetent and neglectful service. Mostly though, I want other people who love their dogs to know how bad this place is.

Owners state that after 2 day stay, their dog had urine and feces in his fur, that he smelled, and that his lip was rubbed raw and he had a scrape on his nose. They also state that no one from our facility seemed to care or make things right and that we were neglectful.

Response to complaint:

First, we hope to use this as an opportunity to let the Bureau and Mr. [redacted] know that we take our responsibility as care takers for people’s pets very seriously. We have not contacted Mr. [redacted] directly since receiving the Revdex.com complaint.

This was [redacted]’s second stay with us. He was dropped off on Friday, January 24, 2014 and picked up on Monday, January 27, 2014, which is a three (3) day stay. When he was dropped off, his owners declined a bath, which would have been $17.00.

Our tracking forms indicate that [redacted] was out at least four times per day during his stay. Our forms also show that he consistently soiled his room overnight, as he had done during his previous stay. Sometimes dogs not sufficiently housebroken soil their suite, in spite of how many walks and playtimes they are given. [redacted]. did not interact with other dogs.

On Monday morning, January 27, 2014, before [redacted] was picked up, our staff noticed that he had soiled his room overnight and had rolled in his mess. Staff cleaned him up. When [redacted] was picked up, the owner noticed that some feces were still on his rear end. Our staff immediately cleaned him again.
