I ordered a dress from this company - money was immediately taken from my account, however, no email confirmation of purchase, no confirmation of shipping, no tracking numberI had to actively contact them for this informationOnce the dress arrived and did not fit, I immediately contacted the company (via email because there is no phone number or address) requesting a returnIt has been four days and still no word from the company regarding my return
