Review: Today marks 17 days since I placed my order ID number is: [redacted]

I am a first time customer with Wall Sticker Outlet and my experience has not been a successful one. July *, 2015, I ordered wall decals for my soon to be born grandson's nursery. I have NOT received it. I called and spoke with a young lady on Tuesday, July **, 2015, 10 days after my order. I was told that she would have another order shipped out to me within 24hours and that I should expect to receive it by Friday July [redacted] or Saturday July [redacted]. The nursery was to be completed before his due date July **, 2015 he arrived Saturday July **, 2015 and I'm STILL waiting on the wall decals for his nursery. TODAY I called to inform them that I still have not received my order and got the same recording I got YESTERDAY when I called "their ridicules hours of operation 8am-3pm and that if I was calling during their regular business hours, they were busy helping other customers, leave my name, phone number and order number and they would get back with me. I was suppose to receive my order in 3-4 days. They have my money, when am I going to receive my order or my refund?Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order IMMEDIATELY or REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

Review: THe delivery issue that I am having is that they simply aren't delivering the items I purchased. The order was placed on Jan [redacted]. They immediately charged my credit card and I have yet to recieve the items. I have been in contact with them via phone and email at least 8 times. Their customer service rep "Kate" has been the one whom all of my conversations have taken place with. She has promised 2 different times that she has made sure the package will be sent and has promised at date in which they would be here, yet they are not here. She even went so far as to promise to send me a tracking number on one occasion, but also did not follow through with that. During my last few conversations with her I have told her I no longer want the product and all I want is my money back! On her last correspondence with me via voicemail she claimed there was nothing she could do now because the package had already shipped and that I would have to decline the package when it is delivered. She staed that when she sees that the package is in transit back to hteir warehouse that she would then credit my account. I tried to contact her via voicemail (because no one ever answers tehir phone) AND via email to tell her that I would not be available to recieve a package either of the days she claims it is coming. I have prepared a note to place on my front door for the delivery company and can't think of anything else I can do... It have been 36 days that I have been getting the run around from them and I am quite sure that I won't be seeing a package today like she promised anyway. After finally reading some reviews online I am hearing the same stories from everyone else that has reviewed them... I should have read those first... WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS?!?!?!?!? THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!! A SCAM!!!! They are dupping people out of all kinds of money!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to see the following things happen: 1) I want my $112 dollars back!!!! and 2) I want to see them shut down so this can no longer happen to other people!!!! They claim that their "parent company" is The Frog and The Princess, but when I tried to contact them to let them know what was going on they have the same phone numbers... seems fishy to me!! The only thing that was different was the customer service email address. I did send them an email too, but have yet to get a response. I feel like they are one in the same, so they should be investigated and shut down as well!!!!!!

Review: I ordered wall stickers from the company back on October **, 2015. After I received the personalized stickers shipped from a 3rd party company, I contacted them to make sure I was still set to receive the stickers coming directly from them. They informed me yes, I would be receiving them, that they were currently out of stock and should be back in the following week. 2 more weeks had passed, still nothing, I emailed again and was again told they would ship the following week. Again nothing, so I asked for a refund of my money, they assured me the following week they would be sent, I waited again, and still nothing, no follow up, no tracking, no explanation. I emailed again, and demanded a refund. They apologized and said I would receive full refund within 3-5 business days, that should have been Monday, December the [redacted] at the latest, I emailed them Wednesday and informed them I still have not received payment, how disappointed I was in their service and again demanded my refund. It is now Friday, the [redacted] and I have heard no more contact from them.Desired Settlement: I believe this business has an obligation to give me my money back. My purchase was over 2 months ago, I have received nothing but lies and excuses. I believe they need to just make it right, deposit my refund back into my account, and that be the end of the issue.

I was told they had credit my account well over a week ago. I now received an email today saying that they sent a credit. The money is not in my bank, I called and there are NO pending deposits to my account, therefore no deposit has been sent to my bank.
