Review: I have been living in this building for not even a full 7 months and we are on Management company number 3. I was not made aware of this until I sent the previous Management team an email. I have spoken with the Maintenance guy in the building and he has informed me that the new Management refused to provide him with a contact number. I am concerned about a couple of different matters one being the Safety of not only myself but, of the other tenants as well. This stems from the front door; which I believe that despite having to use a key can easily be popped open. This also stems from the fact that we currently have a contractor (I apologize I am unaware of his name) who is supposed to be finishing laying some tile in the main entrance of the building. This would not be a concern; however, this project started out of the blue and more than once the front door has been blocked off causing us to have to enter and exit the building via the fire escape; which happens to be located in an potentially unsafe alley. We were not made aware that this was going to be happening. This particular laborer also made some statements tonight when I walked in the building that has me extremely upset. They are as follows, "If you were here, you would see what I have to deal with." "The tenants are horrible they walk where I am trying to work." I also am not happy with the dirty look he gave me when I walked through the door while he was on his phone. The look said, "Oh more trash."I have attempted to locate the owner's information to discuss these matters; however, all of my attempts have been unsuccessful. I am turning to you folks for assistance. I am praying that my concerns are addressed without any back lash from the building I live in. I am extremely unhappy about all of these occurrences and hope to get some satisfactory answers as I am on a lease until January.Desired Settlement: I am wanting to find out who the owns the building I live in as well as the new Management company is. I feel that this is a reasonable request as the first is coming up and I need this information to pay my rent.
