Dear Sir/ Madam:This letter is In response to a complaint filed by *** *** regarding Wallace Auto SalesOn June 3rd, *** bought a Subaru OutbackEnclosed is a copy of the bill of sale and As Is Statement that *** signedSeveral days after purchasing this vehicle *** phoned me and
said that the vehicle was not running rightI told her to bring it back to the garage and we would have a look at it** *** mechanic and previous owner of *** *** (with whom does mechanic work for me sometimes) took a look at it for me he made adjustments on the airflow sensorHe took the car for a test drive and said it ran fineWe then gave *** back her vehicleApproximately one week later *** once again called me complaining that her vehicle was not running rightI told her to bring the vehicle back downWhen *** was at the lot I told her I was willing to put her in a different vehicle in the same price range if she was unhappy with the one she had purchasedWhich I might add I was not required to do and was certainly more than most other car dealers would offer to doHowever ,*** declined stating that she'd just leave her vehicle with me and We could fix itSo we put new plugs and wires on ***'s vehicleOnce again we gave *** back her vehicleA couple weeks later *** called me and told me she would take a different vehicleIt was at that time I told *** the vehicles I had previously had in her price range had been sold and if she still wanted a different vehicle they would be in a higher pricerange *** declined and once again insisted she leave the vehicle with us to be fixedNever really saying what was wrong only that it wasn't running right and that *** *** would pay for repairs to the vehicle and that she wanted a bill to submit to them so they could pay itAt this time we still did not know what exactly, if anything was wrong with ***'s vehicle so obviously we did not give her a billWe are a small garage and do not have a computerized diagnostic analyzer so we called another garage that did *** *** His garage had no immediate openings but an appointment was made for approxten days laterAt which time the computer diagnostic analyzer was put on ***'s carThere were no codes nor any problems that the computer analyzer foundThe mechanic then drove ***'s vehicle himself and stated on the bill that other than a slight hesitation at idle the vehicle ran goodEnclosed is a copy of the mechanic findings and statement from the mechanic at *** *** garageI then called *** and told her that *** *** garage could find nothing wrong with her car and that we would bring the vehicle back to her house and leave it in her drive way with the keys under the seatI must say that *** did buy this vehicle As Is as documents provided clearly showI did however try to accommodate *** when she said her vehicle was not running rightWe have had three different mechanics look at ***'s vehicle and even a computerize diagnostic analyzer each one saying the same other than a slight hesitation at idle the vehicle ran greatSo at this point I felt I have done all I could do for*** and that there was no reason for her vehicle not to " run right"I understand that this may have caused *** some inconvenience and I am sorry for thatAnd for that reason I am willing to forgive the bill for any repairs to ***'s vehicleHowever in the future *** will need to find a different garage to make repairs on her vehicle.Thank you,*** *** Wallace Auto Sales ###-###-####

Review: I went through Community Action in Clearfield Pa to get a vehicle so that way I can get back and forth to work ok, I got approved. I found a really good car or so I thought on March 13, 2015 I got the car. I have not had it not even 5 months and when I went to have it inspected at [redacted] in [redacted] and they told me that my car did not pass do to the fact that the dealership sold me a Lemon car that should have not been sold to me in the first place. I have to quit my job do to the fact I have no working car and no one else would help me get back and forth to work. So I need your help please I need someone to help me with this and this dealer is not willing to work with me. The dealer wants me to pay 300 dollars for title fees and I just don't have that kind of money and he is the one that sold me the Lemon in the first place and I should not have to pay for it and plus the car was preinspected when I got it but I don't know by whoDesired Settlement: I would like to exchange the car that I have that is not safe and drivable on the road for a better car that he has without paying for nothing out of pocket because of him selling me the Lemon car that I got in March of this year and the car was also was preinspected

Review: I bought a car in May 2015 and non stop car problems since then. I lost my job because of this. Mr. W[redacted] offered to pay for some of the repairs since the car broke down day one. It took him three months to finally get around to "fixing" my car.Desired Settlement: He seems to never care he sold a lemon nor have time. I would like to have all the repairs down without cost.
