Review: Wallner Plumbing charged me $325 to replace a thermal coupler. I had the same service performed a year ago by another company and it was $218. When I asked why-I was told it was an after hour rate after 2 pm because the plumber got busy. Had the plumber responded when I called at 9 AM it would not have applied. This clearly price gouging.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because the excessive charges were the fault of Wallner Plumbing not me.
