To reiterate my statement from 7/27;I will not be satisfied until :1. I have proof that after the next hard rain that my basement will be indeed waterproofed.2. I am provided with some kind of financial restitution. Surely 20 months of me having to waste time calling, complaining, making appointments, waiting patiently, and meeting with crews who end up doing nothing to resolve my issue, is worth something. I would gladly take my time back if possible but it is not. I think 35% off my entire fee is reasonable.

Business visited on Tues, 5/23 and did not remove old concrete. They smoothed the edges of the concrete with hand tools then sealed the cracks. Customer is not happy she can still see the cracks. Also, customer is waiting on a response as to the matter of the different types of concrete used.

3/30=Customer called to say business did come on the 28th and tried to move the dirt/earth as best as possible, however the dirt was hard. Customer said business agreed to return on 4/6 to do more dirt moving, hopefully when it is softer. Customer will look at concrete today to check for cracks. Customer asked the technician about finishing the downspout reinstall, since it had been moved when the new pipes were installed. Technician said he could not do that then, but will have his supervisor come out and look at what needs to be done. Customer is concerned about water flowing off her property and on to her neighbors'. Business is scheduled to return on Thursday, 4/6.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Judging by the quality of the response from the company it is clear that they have absolute no interest in actually caring about their customers. They listed the wrong address for my property and their letter is riddled with typos. I think the very least the company could do is to waive the $75 annual renewal fee for their "Warranty" for this property. In doing research on this company before getting my service done all I saw were stories of amazing customer service and spotless work, none of which turned out to be true. Then I find out after the fact that I have to pay annually for my warranty after paying almost $12,000 for a service is completely unacceptable. As for the "raccoon feces" I accept that I alone will not get the company to budge on this matter. My time is worth more to me than to argue with them.
