Walnut Grove Childcare Center

Review: I arrived at daycare this morning (28Jun13) and was told yesterday was my daughter's last day and she wasn't allowed at the center anymore. I was given a garbage bag of her belongings and told there was no more information to pass along. I was shocked and asked more questions with no information being provided other than being an upper management decision. I was told I have to wait until Monday to speak with the [redacted] as she was out of town today. There is no explanation for this as we have paid our tuition on time each week, my child has never been reprimanded to my knowledge and if this is the case we, as her parents, should have been notified. This morning I was forced to find someone to watch my child today on last minute notice and now have to find a new daycare center for her on Monday without being able to research the available options. I am sincerely confused and upset at the actions of Walnut Grove and [redacted]!Desired Settlement: First, I would like an explanation of why my child is being kicked out and now denied the ability say goodbye to her friends and teachers whom she has come to enjoy over the last 16 months! Second, I have paid the weekly tuition of $160/week and would like a reimbursement for Friday 28Jun13 since my child was not allowed to be present, which was not my option. Lastly, I would like this complaint to be documented for others to be aware of the actions taken by upper management.

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 7/23/13 she stated the customer was given an explanation of why her child was being released . The customer signed a parent handbook which states no refunds.
