Review: We contracted for and prepaid for riding lessons. Stable failed to provide these services by missing 4 scheduled lessons. They provided no notice or contact for these missed lessons. We live in Riner and the stable is a 1 hour round trip.Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of the lessons cost refunded plus travel expense. The distance to the stable from my house is 40 miles. That equals a total of 320 miles.

Mrs. [redacted],Here is the follow up from our phone conversation. We refunded the two lessons that his granddaughter wasn't able to finish in the amount of $66.66. We do not refund travel expenses to any clients especially when there were times he did not show up for lessons when we had staff waiting on them also. Please let me know if you need anything else.
