The issue is with the manufacturer refusing the warranty claim. We have no control over their decision on the manufacturer's warranty. Our Manager has submitted a quote to the customer on the parts that were not covered by the warranty. We have not heard back from the customer.

Walpole's Manager has been in contact with the customer. They are meeting before the end of the week to review everything.
