We had replaced a expansion tank on [redacted]’s boiler. A short time later we had to go back and replace the expansion tank which had failed which we did not charge him for as it was under warranty. The relief valve on the boiler was leaking at this time so our technician replaced it and...
we billed [redacted] accordingly. The relief valve was not a part that we had previously replaced nor did [redacted] have a contract with us on his heating system to cover any parts or labor. [redacted] felt that the expansion tank caused the relief valve to fail and that he should not have to pay for it. At no time was [redacted] treated rude or was he called a liar. As you can see we have no complaints registered against our company. We will refund [redacted]’s 145.00 Thank You Joe W[redacted]
My AC went on the worst day possible. I called Walsh's and they were here in less then 24 to check it out. Since my unit was more the 40 years old we knew it would need to be replaced as well as the Heater.
I was given an estimate for just my AC and one for my Heating and AC combined. I also received 2 other estimates from suggested contractors by residences in SFE.
What the other contractors wanted to charge me was over $2000.00 higher for just the AC unit. Walsh brothers charged me less then the above mentioned and my heating and AC were replace within 2 days with Energy Efficient Units and new new thermostat.
They were very polite, removed all debris and were very committed to making sure everything was set o my liking prior to the contractor leaving.
I highly recommend them for ALL your Plumbing, AC & Heating work.
