This agency sold me tickets to a performer, then sent an email saying that the performer was not going to be thereThey offered a refund in the email or said that another performer would be at the same venue on that date I followed the instructions for a refund and they refunded only a portion of the price (saying that they never refund their 'service fee') I told them that their email did not say anything about a 'partial' refund and that I wouldn't have cancelled my ticket if I would have known that and to either refund the service fee or reinstate the tickets They said if I wanted tickets I'd have to purchase them again and they weren't going to refund the service fee either What a way to make a buck So shady

I paid 245$ for 5 concert tickets in atlantic city , when I arrived they told me that I am not on the will call list like the confirmation email explained they would be. I was denied access to the concert and was told that the site I used they have never even heard of before and that it was fraud. I contacted the site via email exchange and they get an attitude with me and stop responded about refunding me my money.

I purchased tickets to see an artist in [redacted] at [redacted] in late March. The artist cancelled for reasons unbeknownst to me. The "promters" for this event inserted another artist and changed the line up completely. I was disappointed and asked for a refund before the show even took place. I have contacted Wantickets multiple times and still no resolve. If you purchase tickets and the show is cancelled or changed you may not get a refund if you ask for one. I certainly have not. I would NOT recommend Wantickets to anyone.

Review: On Tuesday evening I purchased tickets for Saturday night [redacted] June at Surrender nightclub in Vegas. My girlfriends Birthday is that night so her and all her friends tried purchasing tickets from their computers at different locations with different cards, about five of them. None were successful. Mine worked fine so I originally thought they were doing something wrong, but five different locations and different cards, that do have available credit, so that's not the issue. So I proceeded to contact customer support and received a reply back saying to enable cookies, clear them out, and try from a different browser, which I then relayed to them. They tried to no avail, so I gave the customer rep's number to my girlfriend so she could contact her to try and fix the issue. Other than being rude and blaming it on all of the five other people's computers she was no help and said that that's all the suggestions she could give. So I came home and attempted to purchase the tickets for them from the SAME EXACT computer that I had purchased my ticket the evening before and it did not work. To continue troubleshooting because customer support was no help whatsoever, I attempted to purchase all new tickets for club XS the same night in Vegas, thinking it may have been a system error for that specific venue, but I ended up having the same exact problem. Could you please investigate this matter and assist us, this is a birthday weekend for my girlfriend and the EDC event is happening this weekend which means that Vegas will be extremely packed and venues are selling out fast! That is why I'm sending this email with such urgency. Please help us. Thank you. Review: On Thursday, March [redacted], 2014, I purchased 4 concert tickets online from the company Wanttickets.com, for a total price of $431.32, which were charged to my credit card. On the day of the event, Sunday, March [redacted], 2014, in Miami Beach, FL, me and the members of my group attended the concert "LOCO DICE Presents... USED + ABUSED" with our All-day tickets in hand, only to be told at the door that the venue was at maximum capacity and no further entries were permitted. Since we had already purchased our tickets, I asked for a refund at the door, only to be told that no representative of the company Wanttickets.com was present at the venue, and that all complaints should be directed at them, since the venue was in no position to give me a refund. At that moment, I wrote an email to the company requesting a refund. That email, as well as the second one I sent on April [redacted], 2014, have not been answered by the company.Desired Settlement: I wish my Visa card to be refunded with the $431.32 I spent on the tickets that I could not use due to a breach of contract by the company Wanttickets.com.

Review: I purchased tickets to an event in [redacted] for the Above and Beyond - We Are All We Need Show at [redacted]. When we arrived we were not allowed to enter the facility because the event had overbooked the capacity. I was assured by promoters and security teams that we would be refunded in FULL. Well I have not been refunded and this business is nothing but a bait and switch type operation. I have had several issues with this business when attending events and they not living up to the service agreements on their website. They need to be investigated along with all the other complaints made against them. I have contacted my bank and will be seeking legal action if I am not refunded.Desired Settlement: REFUND IN FULL. THIS INCLUDES SERVICE FEES. NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AT ALL.

Review: I made a mistake while ordering tickets online I realized the mistake after I submitted the purchase. I emailed their customer service within minutes and explained the mistake. They replied all sales were final and that's just not right when I emailed within minutes of the mistake. The date this happened was 5-*-15 the CSR that replied names was [redacted] email address [redacted]. I would like a full refund for the six tickets I accidently bought for a pool party that I didn't go to or use the tickets. I fully explained that to the customer service person that emailed me back that I was flying out the next day that I couldn't use the tickets that they were purchased on accident but they refused to do anything.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the six tickets I accidently bought for a pool party that I didn't go to or use the tickets. Review: WantTickets sells concert tickets. On their website, they said that there was an event for June **, 2014 from 10:00 pm - 2:00 am. I bought this ticket thinking that I would attend the event at 12 am. However, on the day of, I found out that WantTickets actually had the wrong information. On the concert venue's website, it says the event is actually from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm. I cannot go to this event during those hours because I have other plans. When I contacted customer support for a refund because it's a mistake they made on their end, they continued by reading the refund policy to me, saying that a refund could not be made. I don't know if they even read the details of why I was asking for a refund, but they obviously are refusing to acknowledge that it was their fault. They suggested too that I could give the ticket to someone else. However, that doesn't resolve my issue of not being able to attend this event because they posted the wrong time on their website.Desired Settlement: I want them to acknowledge that they made a mistake and give me a refund of $23.30.
