Review: After emailing back and forth with Warby Parker, I have proof of their mistake. They did install the wrong prescription lenses on my computer glasses. It causes me fatigue and not allowing to a proper usage of my eyes du to the mistake. I have proof of these: two pairs of glasses with the same prescription were evaluated at a local store by an optician. I can't trust Warby Parker anymore. I asked simply for the truth. It took over 10 emails for them to emit the possible mistake. I bought some glasses at a more trustworthy shop ([redacted]). I am simply asking for the refund of these pairs of glasses. I was expecting Warby Parky to behave like a reputable company to offer their mistake and a refund. But they keep refusing and offering a replacement. I am not trusting them and I already bought some new glasses. All I want is a refund and have them behave like an adult company.Desired Settlement: Behave like a descent company. They screw up, admit it and refund. And move on.
