Review: [redacted] came to repair our clothes dryer in July. He said the main computer board needed to be replaced and he had to order a new one. He did, came back & replaced the old one and I paid him by check. The next morning the dryer did not work so he came back and removed the computer board and said he would go get another one. He called back to tell me that this particular dryer was under a national recall and due to the demand for this part, they were on back order. I have called many times during these past few months to find out the status. He has only returned one of those phone calls, back in late August or early September to say that he has 3-4 other customers with the same problem but no new computer board. Since then he has never returned any of my calls. I am left with a dryer that is in pieces, no computer board at all, and I have to go to the Laundromat every week to dry my clothes.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like my money refunded and I will put it toward a new dryer.
