WDC would like to apologize to Mr [redacted] for our error and the inconvenience this has caused him After our accounting department completed an investigation into Mr [redacted] 's account, a check in the amount of $was mailed to the customer on July 11, 2014, and the balance of $1,was credited to his credit card on July 17,

Customer was contacted on 10/22/and offered a full refund for the hood

I spoke to Julie on 2/10/and gave her the Contractors LIC# as requested; WDC did NOT do the install I also contacted the Contractor's insurance company to speed things up and have them contact Julie directlyThe Contractor's insurance company called me today 2/11/and requested Julie's information so they can call her todayI left Julie a message today 2/11/stating the insurance company will be calling her today.Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: 10650526 I am rejecting this response because:Attached please find the proof I sent WDC before and I am sending again. I did provided written proof of the contract with WDC multiple times, It states that monies were exchange, that they would be installing the dishwasher. It clearly states on the page, “ INSTALL ASAP CALL WHEN IN. COD $50 DEAL PER PETEB INSTALL AND PARTS.” Therefore WDC is lying again. I have provided plenty of proof for WDC and I will be providing it to the courts in Los Angeles if they don't take responsibility for their damages to my kitchen. There were no issues or problems with my kitchen before the installer installed the dishwasher. I have witnesses and proof of this. The WDC company has several complains online where they have done similar things to other customers. My family is one of many families they have done this to but I will not just let them get away with this illegal activity. This is their last chance. If they refuse to make this right then I will be taking legal action against their company this week. Regards, R [redacted] ***

Mr*** has been credited the full amount, and has agreed to select a different product This issue has been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction

Ms*** purchased Viking appliances in June 2006. These appliances were all factory sealed and
new, included a year manufacturer
warranty, and a year extended warranty
plan providing a total of years protection
Although we sympathize with Ms*** for the unfortunate issues
she is currently having, WDC cannot accept responsibility for merchandise that
is out of warranty
Ms*** used contractors not affiliated with Warehouse Discount
Center to install the refrigerators releasing WDC from all liability associated
with any issues arising from improper or faulty installation

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:Warehouse Discount Center has not given me their insurance/bond numbers, or the name of their attorney as I asked *** to do when we spoke on the phone She said she would get the info and call me back with it That did not happen WDC was told after the first delivery was a fiasco at Ocean Ave A100, and on the same day, my floors were damaged at the Malibu property, that I never wanted Crestline in my home again And without my knowledge, and certainly without my permission, John Frietas told me "his guys" were taking care of the second delivery attempt at Ocean Ave After the delivery, I was shockingly handed a bill and CRESTLINE'S NAME was on it!!! And they damaged the floor at 101, too! I did not pay that billWDC are responsible for the people they "highly recommend" and send into your home

purchased over years ago, have been out of warranty for over years, and WDC
