[redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The car was not there months awaiting a response I called once sometimes twice a week and no one would give me answers and I can tell you that during these repeat calls NO ONE ever told me it would cost more than Dennis had stated ! It was always the same thing Dennis isn't in and I don't know what's going on Or the famous give me another week and it will be ready !!! Dennis promised an amount and I paid over double thatI understand you eventually got the work completed ! But your since of urgency was very unexceptable ! Response to complaint *** as entered on this 27th day of October: The vehicle operated by consumer *** *** needed repairs beyond what she was aware of upon initially bringing it to our repair location due to further inspection of the vehicle and further issues being brought to surface in order to have the vehicle in a safe operating state*** *** wasn't able to pay in full for repairs necessary in order to have her vehicle in an operative/running stateFurther repairs were put on hold and the vehicle was kept at our repair location until payment in full could be made for final repairs to be madeThe vehicle was here on our property for approximately months waiting for a response on additional work that needed to be completedCar has since then been completed and has been returned to owner.
