they sold an unfinished product (Batman Arkham Knight for PC platform), they rejected my refund, they didn't fix the product for 4months. people complaint about it, they banned many and removed their posts. they are still refusing to fix the product & some of the content for the product which they promised to people just removed too.

Review: I purchased Mortal Kombat X for the PC on April *, 2015 (through [redacted]). The release of the game was a critical disaster. It barely worked, and since this is a digital game, I could not request a refund for this game. The studio that helped make this game (High Voltage Studios) was ultimately dismissed from working on the game any more. While the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions were polished, the PC game was still broken.

Within the last month, [redacted] has decided to improve the net-code of the Playstation and Xbox versions, and is excluding the PC from these updates. Also, entire packs of downloadable content is being excluded from the PC version. The PC version is virtually abandoned. I paid the same amount of money $60 for the base game, and an additional $30 for the downloadable content. This is the same amount the console gamers (Playstation and Xbox) paid. As a PC gamer, I simply cannot return this game, because it was digital. Console gamers can return it if they desired. The PC game has not even been out for a year, and it is already abandoned. This is why I am filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: $90 refunded

Review: hello. this is the situation. on 2/**/14 I purchased a video game that was made by the wb games. it is called lord of the rings war in the north.

it is a used game. even though it is used I still paid good money for this item. no one at the store told me there was any problems with the game.

after several days of playing it, I reached a point in the game and could not continue. after research online I found that this was a common problem.

other people had this too. it is a program glitch. I could not continue. I called there support line and explained the situation. I was told that if I sent them a picture of the game case/game disc/ and receipt. also my address I could choose a new game from a list they sent me. I did this the next day. February **. after not receiving the game I sent the same info 2 more times. still no game. they just returned a email today a won't honor the agreement because it was a used game. this is not right. I paid for this and they won't honor the agreement. they put out a defective product. they new this was defective but did nothing to warn people. I paid good money for this. they have done nothing but give me the runaround for 2 weeks. what I want is the agreement the promised. a new game from the list they sent me. this company should be ashamed of themselves.

selling defective games!!!Desired Settlement: what I want is a new game from the list they sent. that game would be: injustice gods among us. and an apology for all the crap they have put me through.

Sincerely,

Review: The cancellation of the Batman Arkham Knight: Batmobile Collectors Edition is an issue that, over the past couple days, I've come to understand was a problem out of most peoples hands. However, the way you handled this was unbelievably stupid and shows a complete disrespect to your customers and to your fans. You still haven't addressed this situation publicly, you haven't issued an apology and worst off you took zero steps to help fix this situation. If this was really out of your hands then I figured we'd see a more sympathetic response not your garbage response of throwing a $2 DLC at everyone (not just the people affected, everyone) which is not a fix. You did this five days from the release date. FIVE? There is no chance that anyone who pre-ordered these, which by the way you could only pre-order them for a couple hours, can get any other higher version besides the standard copy. The people who pre-ordered this version were the most dedicated fans of the series, and this shows in how quickly they jumped on this version. I went to the nearest [redacted] right after that trailer was released and I paid it off. All $200. So for a wrap up, you promised a really cool item, make it available for just a couple hours to weed out all of the super fans, wait five days before it comes out to say "Whoops it doesn't exist no more," and then instead of you saying this or you making a very apologetic message you force [redacted] and [redacted] to take the fall for YOUR negligence. You are such an insulting and horrible company if this is the way you handle things. I've reached out to your company twice for a comment on this and once to [redacted].Desired Settlement: There were so many outcomes to this that would be better than the one you decided on. You could've released it. We've had bad collectors editions in the past and no one has ever rioted about it. You could've lowered the price and just released it. If the Batmobile was really poor quality, which I doubt because it was [redacted], then we wouldn't feel so bad if we paid $100-120 instead of $200. You could've told us that the statue was on it's way. We wouldn't mind waiting if it means we'll get a fixed Batmobile or another statue. Lastly you could've given us access to the Premium edition. Nothing extra comes with that except the season pass, which is insulting in itself, but would have made this a little more bearable. Any of these would be better than you just declaring behind closed doors, "Let's just cancel it and give everyone like $2 worth of free DLC."

Review: Purchased mortal kombat x and the game is fine on single player. The multiplayer portion of the game is horribly broken and near unplayable even with very strong internet and max bars for connection on both ends. Recently was patched and the problem still was not fixed and instead of fixing the multiplayer portion of the game they continue to work on irrelevant things such as new characters. All manpower should be devoted to fixing the game to have a good experience instead of downloadable content for them to make more money.Desired Settlement: For the multiplayer portion of the game to work properly. I would rather get my money back and not get stressed over a unplayable game online. I did not buy this game for single player. Will gladly repurchase when the game works as intended.

Review: My internet service was turned off because Warner Bros. Entertainment through IP-Echelon informed my ISP I had illegally downloaded a movie. No one contacted me or informed me of the accusation. And so far no one has investigated to find out if this accusation was accurate. It is not. I have never downloaded any movie, much less downloaded one illegally.

Sincerely,

Review: This complaint is directed towards WB's games division in [redacted]. Here is my complaint:

I purchased Batman: Arkham Origins on its release day, October **, 2013, like thousands of other people did. As soon as I got home, I put it in my Xbox 360, waited through all of the non-skip ads at the beginning, finally made it to the main menu and the game froze. I had to turn my Xbox off and try it again. Got back to the main menu, froze again. Without even playing the game it had froze twice! Amazing. I was eventually able to start the game and play for a little while before it froze again. All within 6 hours of playing Friday night, the game had froze 4 times. Saturday, the game froze another two times, Sunday froze once and on Monday froze once. In total the game has frozen 8 times. I have tried contacting WB Games [redacted] through their Facebook page only to be directed to WB Game's online support forum, where myself, and hundreds, if not thousands, of other people have voiced their frustration, outrage, discontent, and utter disbelief at all of the errors, bugs, glitches, lagging, freezing, etc. that this game is having on all platforms. Its now gotten to the point where I can't play this game anymore because of all of the issues its having.Desired Settlement: Since I can't play this game any longer because of all of the issues, I would like my money back. I spent $60 on it. I obviously can't return the game to the place of purchase because I opened the game and used it. The only outcome I want to see come from this is to be refunded $60.

Sincerely,

Review: I tried to cancel an order a couple hours after I made it. But later I found out that they shipped it anyways. I made another order that was a better configuration of items. When I received the boxes the tracking numbers were swapped, so I accidentally opened the one I was planning to return. I e-mail ed and called multiple times, but the representatives did not understand or refused to send me a shipping label. I finally decided that I would just pay the shipping charges myself so that I would not be out the money I had paid for the blu rays. But by then I had passed their 30 day return policy! I would like to return the items but I don't want to risk not receiving a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund please.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

But I had to order a new credit card (since there were fraudulent charges, not from this merchant) recently. Can I be sent a check or give the WBSHOP my new number?

Sincerely,

Review: Recently WB Games released the title Batman Arkham Origins. This game has been plagued with game breaking glitches (e/g main character falling through the world, corrupt game saves, system freezing) that should have been beta tested out. If you look at their online support forums ([redacted]) it's evident that this product was released as defective - there is no way they weren't aware of these issues as they are across all platforms (PS3, Xbox 360, PC).

The game has been released for 3 weeks now and there is still no definitive word on what is being fixed in the game, when it's being fixed and very little feedback from the development team.Desired Settlement: More than anything I'd just like an apology. WB Games Montreal was likely rushed to release this title before next gen consoles were released. I think the game will be very fun if all the glitches are patched and fixed by their DEV teams but the customer service is horrendous. The fans/customers have zero information in a timely manner and definitely did not get what they paid $60-$70 dollars for. The product was released broken and WB Games figured it'd be cheaper to ask for forgiveness after the fact.

In addition to an apology some kind of DLC compensation would be much appreciated. Or at least a refund for anyone that bought a season pass along with this game.

I stopped checking the forum on which I was interacting with the company but had they tried to contact me directly there would have been an email notification. From what I can tell on their forums game glitches are still occurring for other users despite the new patch they released. For Xbox users there is no new patch as the Microsoft teams in charge of quality control won't let a patch that doesn't work be released to their community. All in all this has been a very negative experience.
