When he arrived with his second of two full trailer loads of firewood, he checked out the neatly stacked first load and said, "Yea,It looks a little shy." He chose not to measure it himself. His second load was very close to the same as the first load (1.3 cords. He agreed to bring more wood, but only called occasionally and gave excuses why he couldn't bring it. He is now saying that his 2.7 cords of delivered firewood is 4 cords. Our agreement, with his handshake, was that "He would make it right." He owes me the final 1.3 cords, and I will give him the final $50 payment.
